I believe in exercise and eating right. For years I always
tried to eat right and exercise at least 3 to 4 days a week. My
wife for the past 33 years she exercises at least 5 days
a week. She always told me if you do your exercise for at
least 21 times, then it becomes a habit. I believe, her I
have never seen anyone as dedicated as she is. We take vitamins
and supplements daily. I am always looking for new protein
products. I have found a website online that has all the
products you need at great prices. I have put a
